INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE.

After having been misled by American Premium Logistics regarding the transportation of my car, I called All Day Auto on a Friday evening and spoke with Charles. The initial conversation went smoothly, and he assured me he would do his best to find me a carrier as soon as possible. The next morning (Saturday), one of his dispatchers organized a pick-up for my vehicle through Your Auto Car Carrier (YACC) for later that day and gave me an estimated 7-8 day delivery time (Sat/Sun of the following week), which I was fine with. I told her I wouldn't be able to receive my car until Thursday, so a delivery anytime between 5-10 days would be acceptable.

Only three days later (Tuesday evening), however, I received a phone call from the carrier, who very rudely told me he needed to drop my car off the following day (Wednesday), even though I would not be there to receive my car and pay in cash as requested. I contacted Charles, who claimed to have spoken to the drivers already and assured me he would have the drivers wait until Thursday evening to drop my car off. He agreed it was the carrier's problem, not mine, since they were far ahead of schedule- he even acknowledged that the carriers just "wanted to make an extra buck" at the cost of screwing me over. He told me he would handle the situation and speak to YACC. Apparently, he never actually followed through on his promise.

The next morning (Wednesday), I received a barrage of calls and text messages from YACC, claiming they would put my car in storage and force me to pay extra. YACC'S dispatcher claimed he never received a call from Charles at all and ACCUSED ME OF LYING. The dispatcher at All Day Auto, Tina, also told me Charles hadn't made any notes. She then set up a conference call with the YACC dispatcher and me, only to desert us as soon as he started yelling at me. She did not explain the miscommunication, did not attempt to resolve the situation, and did not offer any other help.

At this point, YACC kept threatening to put my car in storage and withhold the location until I had paid IN ADVANCE IN FULL. The contract required I pay ON DELIVERY. Charles did not return my calls or texts. Tina denied having left the conference call, then claimed she was "too busy to sit in on every conference call". I told her I could have contacted YACC myself and that she only made the situation worse. She then forwarded me to her supervisor, Sierra, who also made no effort to help with my car's delivery. Exasperated, I agreed to pay the remaining amount ($1100) to YACC in full to prevent them from essentially holding my car hostage and forcing me to pay extra. Assuming the $1395 total would be split between YACC and All Day Auto, I asked Sierra for my deposit of $295 back. Even though my car was not delivered after I arrived and I had endured all kinds of verbal abuse from YACC, Sierra SCOFFED at my request over the phone.

After all the inconveniences and verbal abuse I experienced, I did NOT receive an apology, did NOT EVER hear back from Charles, and did not receive ANY sort of refund. Based on my initial conversations with Charles, I had expected a much smoother process, but I completely regret using All Day Auto Transport's services. Had I known the 7-8 day estimate was a completely inaccurate overestimation, I would have arranged a later pick-up date. Had I known I simply could not trust anyone at All Day Auto, I would absolutely have used a different company.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS, or even their friendliness. At the end of the day, the customer service was completely misleading, unreliable, and frustrating- second only the horrible treatment I received from YACC.
