Charged 411.99 at reservation and did not deliver my cars

The company charged my account $411.99 when the appt was made (other only charge at time of car pick-up). The appt was made in ample time but the car were never assigned a driver to move them in time for our move to CA. We were promised a refund almost 4 weeks ago (never happened). When we call Sierra J transfers us to Sandy Smith (dispatchers) and vise versa or we are left on hold so long that we have to hang up (we have jobs). We are told that Daniel Blindfeld is the manager and when asked about leader ship over him we are informed that he is the owner also. Daniels promised the text when the refund was processed and that text or refund never happened. They are running us around hoping we forfeit the refund. They are unprofessional when you call. They will answer the phone and not state the name of the business or their names. Maybe they are screening the calls and know we are still calling. When we ask who that are they are hesitant to say and sometime rude. When we say who we are the phone is abruptly placed on hold without notification such as "please hold or Im transferring you to..." They are rude and this has been going on for too long.
They say each time we call " the refund will be processed today" and never is. When asked why it was not don't on previous times we were told this Sandy and Sierra say they don't know why. I am not even sure if these names are correct.
Sierra J, Sandy Smith and Daniel Blindfeld.... If those are your names. Honor your commitment and refund our money.

As for people looking to ship a car stay away from this company. They offer low rates and cannot get drivers to move your cars because the rates are too low. They will not tell you that part. They are middle men and make the money off your deposits. They already earn their money when you pay them the $400.00 + tax deposits. We were educated on this by a driver himself. Your best bet is to talk to truck drivers directly in your area. Ask the truck drivers that you know and/or friends around town. This process is easier than they would have you to believe. We learned a valuable lesson and we paid $411.99 for that lesson it seems.

We would like to respond to your review. Jonathan, your $411.99 was credited back to your card a few days ago. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our company was at the mercy of the driver and he switched up the dates for pickup and delivery. Again, you have been refunded and we have made several attempts to contact you since to make sure we are all on the same page.
