After being bombarded with calls from multiple auto carriers I was finally happy to hear a friendly voice. Not only was Lily D. very helpful but she was very knowledgeable. She quickly found a carrier with all of my requests. She did so promptly and at a very competitive rate. Lily D. was avaialble to answer my concerns at all times. I never had to wait nor call her twice to obtain a status or answer. Lily D. provides excellent customer service. I know I will be contacting her in the near future for more assistance with my personal auto transport needs.
