I managae a car lot in Oklahoma and have dealt with many brokers and carriers. First I would like to say that All American Transport was an absolute joy to deal with. Everything on their end went very smooth. That being said, the transport that they used was a carrier by the name of Xtreme Auto Carrier. I would suggest that when you go through a broker that you specifically ask for them not to be used. Not only did they not arrive on the day scheduled, they told me I would have to meet them on saturday, my day off and how important it was for me to be at the destination by 8 a.m. I live over a hour and a half away and woke up at 6 a.m. out of respect for them so I would not be late. When I almost reached destination they texted me saying they were 2 hrs behind b/c they had a flat the night before. They didn't find it necessary to contact the previous night and let me know and waited 10 min b4 I get there to tell me they're late! Young guys that looked liked they partied too much the night before. Not only did they arrive late my wife and I witnessed them pull our vehicle off of their open trailer with a Subaru Impreza (owner unknown) revving the motor to a dangerous level and jerking the hell out of my car and the Impreza! As well the passenger side front window had been rolled down on the Impreza when they arrived, not sure how long they drove with it down. Best advise I can give is for all broker and customers to stop using Xtreme Auto Carrier, not only are they going to damage somebody's car they're going to damage a broker's reputation!
