I needed to have my '06 Dodge Charger SRT8 shipped from the Seattle area to Eastern Idaho (north of Pocatello). I called All American Transport on 1/5/13, and requested to have my car shipped on 1/7/13. When all the other transport companies that I contacted told me that there was absolutely nothing that they could do in that short amount of time, I dialed the number for All American Transport. Leo answered the phone and I told him my situation. I was expecting him to repeat what everyone else had told me, but to my surprise, he asked me to hold on because he wanted to see what he could do. He came back to the phone shortly after and said that he found a driver! However, the driver was coming from Canada and could be there on 1/7/13 but no later than 1/8/13. That was music to my ears because my flight was out of Seattle on 1/8/13, which was when my car was picked up. I was quoted $600 - which was a full $190 less than a quote given by another company which admitted that they could never find a driver that soon - and that price never changed! I made my flight and my car was delivered to me on 1/9/13 in perfect condition! Leo was EXTREMELY helpful, as well as professional. Leo sensed the urgency of the matter and instead of allowing me to call another company (because he didn't want to be bothered with my request), he went the extra mile and made sure that I was completely satisfied. For that, I truly thank him! Not only did Leo and All American Transport gain my respect, they also gained a loyal customer who will always call them first if I ever need to have a vehicle transported again. I STRONGLY recommend All American Transport to anyone and everyone who is considering having their vehicle(s) shipped. Even if you only have questions, it would be wise to give them a call first. There's a good chance that you won't need to look any further!!
