Most of the time when vehicles are being transported a long distance, they will be dirty. Some drivers will rinse off the vehicles, but thats not a standard practice will all carriers. The drivers do their best to arrive at the time they give but they can run into unavoidable delays which is completely understandable. 1.5 hours late isnt an unreasonable delay.
