Where was the paperwork?

We were promised that we'd be sent a contract/agreement and we never received anything. There was no written agreement between us. It was all verbal. There were no terms and conditions agreed to at all. Had something happened to that car in route, we wouldn't have had a leg to stand on. We spent the entire time waiting for the car hoping that it would, in fact show up.

We were also told that the truck driver would call us in route to let us know when the car would be delivered but he never called. Instead we had to track him down only to find out he hardly spoke any English. His delivery in Colorado Springs was done well, but later than we were led to believe.

It's disappointing because,in our experience with movers, all the customer service and public relations goes on the front end in getting the business, but so often that's where it stops. Though we received the car and are pleased with its condition, we spent days worrying about the lack of any sort of paperwork or follow up on Britney's part. We had hoped Agape would be different.

Vance, We do show in our records that the emailed terms and conditions agreement was sent out at 10:45am on the 3rd, which was the day and time your placed your order. We had no record that it was returned to us. We also sent you an updated Dispatch Notification which provided you the picked up and delivery dates of the 7th and 10th. We show in our records that your vehicle was picked up on the 7th(one day after your first available date you gave us) and delivered 10th...which was the date on the paperwork emailed to you. I just wanted to make sure you knew that we did in deed send you these items you mentioned you did not receive. We have never run into this before. In the future if you do not receive something from us kindly let us know because we want to make sure that you feel secure in using our service. It is important to us that our customers are happy. Thank you for intrusting your vehicle to us. We will be happy to help you again if you ever need a transport service.
