First of all this guy Christopher (AbsoluteAutoCarriers.com) is a broker. He will respond to your emails and phone till the order is not placed. Once he get his $174 Dollar commission he will be out of the game, which he will ask you as an advance for transporting your car. Rest of the $500 I have to pay to the driver. As a Customer, you will be directly dealing with the Trucking company [Exit 15 Trucking Inc (Salt Lake City, Utah)]. The Driver name was Dzee.

I was quoted $674 for my car transport by Christopher. I was told by christopher that I can put some stuff on the back seat as far as It won't block the view from Front glass to Rear Glass.

The Pickup was 2 days late. At the Third day the driver arrived and said he will charge more. When I asked the reason.

Driver Dzee: He said that, "You have stuff on back seat".
I said: Christopher told me that you can put some stuff on the back seat as far as it won't block the view.
Driver Dzee: This is not Christopher's Truck. This is my Truck. Christopher is a broker.
(I tried to call Christopher but he never picked up his phone. I left the message on his voice mail, but he never called me back. What a great Customer service?)
Driver Dzee: He said If you want to pay $100 more I will take it otherwise I can't.
I Said: I insisted that Christopher was pretty sure, I want to talk with him.
Driver Dzee: It is upto you. We will not be responsible for the missing stuff in your car.
I said: What do you mean?
Driver Dzee: If you pay me $100 then your stuff in your car is Fully Insured.
I said: Will you provide me Insurance Papers?
Driver Dzee: You don't worry.

I had to pay $100 more to the driver. This bloody christopher never called me back till today.

The Car was supposed to reach on next monday. But I did not get any information about the delivery of my car till Wednesday night. I was worried about my car. I called Christopher (broker) and Dzee (driver) 7-8 times. But they both neither answered the phones nor called me back. I left the message just to let me know when I will receive my car. I did not receive a single call.

On Thursday I called my lawyer and explained him the whole situation. Then I received the call in next 5 minutes and promised me that my car will be delivered tonight or Thursday morning.
He gave us the reason that we were stuck in the snow storm. Thats fine with me.

As a customer I have full right to know that when I will receive my car. Where is my car? So that I can plan accordingly. I was commuting on a rented car.

Luckily my car was delivered on the Thursday night.

(Now I know that this guy Christopher has no Integrity) Now he will respond that this review is Unfair and highly exaggerated. Good Bye CHRIS BROKER.

First of all, in this business you need a broker, as brokers have the tools necessary to be connected with all transporters in the country. This enables us to get any vehicles moved anywhere. You can not do that without a broker. Second, this man was told not to pack his vehicle full of things and he did anyway, which is why the driver charged him more money. His car was packed full. Third, the driver was behind schedule and late, which can happen during auto shipping. We do our best to coordinate with the drivers and their schedules. This man was called back and spoken to by ME many times during this process and we did everything we could to accommodate him, and his lack of understanding. This review is UNFAIR and EXAGGERATED.
