How long is this suppose to take?

I was quoted a price Jan 2nd 2013 for an immediate pickup.. I was told by customer service should be within 3 days. After 3 days had passed, I was told the drivers were all on vacation and should be there by the end of the week.. After the week had passed, I was told by the end of the following week. etc..etc..The whole time family members were not allowed to be gone because of the 3 hour window for the car pickup. Finally I said on Jan 21st you guys have to pick up the car by Friday 1/25/13 at noon or I'm canceling this deal. I canceled the deal that Friday and told them to send me a confirmation via email. it is now Saturday and I still do not have a confirmation and if you go to their website it still list the car as waiting for a carrier to be assigned. I'm afraid that they will try and charge my account since they have all my information. By the way.... I was told every time I called (which was almost every other day) that they would call me back. I never got the 1st return call. With the exception of when they were getting my credit card information. What is wrong with telling a customer up front you can't do it or at least tell them you have no idea when you can do it. I guess Able Transport really isn't able to transport. Shame on you!!!
