Overall, excellent service. On-time. Courteous driver. The customer service was knowledgeable. The only issue is that if they do not pick up your vehicle on-time (which did not happen to me, and they say "never happens") then you still are unable to get the non-refundable deposit back. So if for some reason the pick-up was delayed and you absolutely needed it on a certain day, you would still be stuck paying the deposit. This is the only concern, and again, it did not affect me (even though I had asked about it beforehand just to find out). Overall, excellent.
