I contracted with this company, in May, to deliver my daughter's car to her. I had written into the contract a specific time frame of three days for them to pick it up. They did not perform the service during that window. They ignored the contracted time and kept my money by saying that I cancelled out of their "non-refundable" contract. It has taken approximately three months to have my money refunded! Today it is official...the good guy won and the crooks lost. Stay away from them. Thank goodness for a credit card company that fights for the wronged individuals!!! Make sure you list dates to pick up your merchandise. Unfortunately, with companies like this you may have to seek help. Contact the Department of Transportation in your area and the BBB to file complaints against this type of theft. Remember, also, insert specific dates. Better still...stay away from AAA Anytime, Inc.
