Research this company well!! We had to ship in a hurry and didn't take the time to do a lot of research. Contact the Better Business Burea before you consider using them. This was a horrible experience for us. We shipped a vehicke for a military person that depends on this vehicle for transportation. We shipped it early to insure the arrival date. AAA, INC. is not a professional company. They would not take our calls or answer our questions, Jeffery would simply say you are wasting my time and hang up on us. For the amount of money that had to be paid in full before the shipping date we expected more. We were really happy to find out AAA, INC. is a brocker firm, they don't have their trucks. This gave us hope the vehicle would arrive in good condition by a trucking company not operated by AAA, INC. We do have the vehicle now and it did arrive in good condition, I will definatley use a different company for our transport needs in the future.
