Never, never use this company!!! Expecially don't deal with this salesman name Rick!!! I wish I read this company's review before I signed contract with them. I talked to this Rick on 5/14/2011 regarding my auto transportation, Rick promise my vehicle will be picked up on 5/16/2011, so I specificaly dated the pick up date, but on the 16th when I call him want to know when I will expect they come, he not only denied everything, also have terrible attitude, keep putting me on hold or transfer to somewhere else. Long story short, by the end of the week, the 20th, my car still sit at home, never been picked up, nor any explaination, or any call back, I have to call them again and again to check what the situation. Finally after 7 days since I have to cancell it! That was an awful experience, I just wish every one need the service, please do check their business review first, before sign contract with them!!!
