When scheduled with George he stated that they had many trucks going West every week and they would have no problem. I neededthe vehicle picked upi in PA.by 7/18 as I was leaving the state then...Geo. stated that it would be no problem. I got the Agreement which had a 7 day pickup timeframe...I asked Geo.about our discussion about the 18th.."No PROBLEM!" was his retort. Contacted Neil when not picked up on 18th..he stated had no knowledge of the need to meet that date...The only time they offered to pickup the vehicle was when they needed an additional $100.00 and then it wouldn't be picked up until at least the 22nd or so. I declined as I was quoted a figure. I phoned from New Mexico and admittadly cursed Neil out as he had no explanation that was acceptable..just we couldn't come upi with a carrier yet..They promise the world then deliver nothing.

That Mr. Madara did not like our explanation does not mean that there was anything wrong with the explanation or that we did something wrong, nor did it justify his filthy mouth. Mr. Madara agreed to a pickup window starting on 7/18 and running through 7/24 for a COD of $704 to the transport company. On 7/19 he was advised that a company was interested but asked for $100 more. He declined. Quotes that we provide are not the lowest nor the highest, but the middle. Sometimes it’s necessary to increase the COD in order to attract a driver (our contract points this out to the customer), but the customer has the right not to increase. Since we did not locate a transport company for him, we never charged our fee.
