NEVER USE THIS COMPANY DISHONEST!!

This company is dishonest and blatantly lies to get your business. First i was told that i would be assigned a carrier with a SPECIFIC pickup date within two days of signing my contract. LIE.
Then I was told if I needed to cancel for any reason I would not be charged a fee as long as I was never assigned a carrier. LIE!
Well my car was totalled about three days before the date of my first available pickup date. Still no carrier was assigned, and I called to cancel my order. I was told I was being charged a $100.00 cancellation fee, for a service they never preformed. I did not read the fine print of the contract which does state a cancellation fee, but that is because my service rep went over it all on the phone with me and silly me I believed him!! LIE LIE LIE!!!
PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You would think they would make a good will gesture and not charge me the cancellation fee since I had just lost my car. Horrible customer service.
They even lie on this site. Better Business bureau of NJ has 130 complaints about them in three years NOT 68. LIE!!
I also read there replies to peoples complaints and they act like all their customers are lying.
HEYY AA AUTOMOVERS-XXXYOU ARE THE LIARS!!!

We have serviced approximately 36,000 shipments over the last 3 years. 130 BBB complaints over that time period are approximately 43 complaints per 12,000 shipments. Lisa Bayerlein has made statements about us that are not true. When a customer comes to this site and lies about us, we will defend ourselves. We do not lie to our customers and no one lied to Lisa Bayerlein. We do not charge our fee until we have completed our service. If the customer cancels before the end of the service period, there is a cancellation fee. Our fee information and the cancellation fee are disclosed at the signature line of the contract and are available online as well. We incur expenses to work on behalf of a customer and we don’t charge the customer anything until our work is completed. If a customer cancels before we have been given the contracted service time to complete our service, it is not unreasonable to charge a cancellation fee to at least cover expenses.
