So the initial process as in reserving went well great service. They Called the day before and said they have a driver to pick up our car. Next day my husband waited all day, no call no show. Office was closed so I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Next day driver showed up after having to call I the morning and finding out why no one came. Car came a day late and the driver called and said he was only 57 miles away and it took him 10 hours later to show up. Wasted a whole day waiting for my car that was only 57 miles away!! Other than that staff nice. Driver a little weird.
