A1A did a good job in terms of having people available, having people respond and trying to stay on top of the overall transportation of my vehicle. Unfortunately, the carrier they contracted with, Gapline Transport, performed below expectations. Gapline was VERY inaccurate in meeting pickup times. Although the delivery was made they were VERY late and inconvenienced the owner of the Car Repair shop by not showing at the agreed (way after business hours ) time and not calling the owner. A1A to their credit did compensate me for Gapline's poor performance and I will in turn compensate the car repair owner. I would recommend A1A as their people did respond to my problem and tried to resolve it. However, do NOT contract with Gapline Transport.
