The Worst experience ever

The company picked up my wife’s car 28th of December. They advised me that it would take 7 to 10 days, From California to Indiana. I allowed 10 days to pass, gave Tony a call on the 11th day. This guy had no clue where my car was all he said was that he doesn’t know and that he would e-mail the driver and call me back, he did not give me a call AT ALL. I called him back like 3 times and he sounded very unprofessional, almost seemed like he didn’t want me to call him at. So finally until the 14th day some other guy gave us a call and they told us that the car was in Arizona because the truck broke down and they had to fix it. And that we will be receiving it in another 5 days. Ok to begin with Arizona is not 12 days away from California, and they couldn’t give us a call and made us aware of this until 12 days from the day they picked up my wife’s car? This company has the worse communication they are a bunch of liars and are very unprofessional. Not only that but they charged us the same price; they didn’t even give us a discount for the inconvenience. To be honest I was about to report this car stolen. Worse experience I ever had. Especially because my wife needs her car, we are paying for this car to use and it took this company 17 days to deliver this car. Last time I checked driving from California to Indiana takes 3-4 days not 17. I can keep going about these people, but I’ll just stop here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This customer was real angry at one time but got over.I was on the phone daily with customer and the driver . I’ve done thousands of jobs and have customers given positive experiences before and after this accured. and put in your system the positive are not their anymore you should correct this and give the consumer accurate review ratings
