Please avoid this company-never ending nightmare

My husband and I hired this auto mover and this turned out to be our biggest mistake.
They were so quick to take your money from you and once they have money, they are so rude and unwilling to answer even a simplest question. I got hung up many times, my husband got yelled at. Obviously ABK doesn't understand the concept of business ethic.

To summarize what happened. ABK took $650 of my deposit two days before I sent out my signed contract! A month later, amount due $950 got taken out without my authorization which I was supposed to pay upon delivery.

We concluded that we could not rely on ABK with pattern of bad behavior and bad reputation. When my husband and I canceled order, they really got nasty. Jon/operation manager or whatever his real name is, said I will get the refund check in two weeks. For two weeks I have been waiting, I still didn't see the check. When I called back again, they gave me excuse that refund department is closed on Friday.

So tired of their excuses after excuses, my husband and I started taking a serious legal act. We have called and filed complaints with many consumer groups, not to mention NY State Attorney General and BBB. And we are wiling to go far beyond until we get our refund back. We won't give up.
