My Vehicle Got Torched

While I have no complaints against the broker in my case, I do have a major issue with the auto hauler they chose to use (B & K Auto Haulers, Covington/Ellenwood, GA....whichever address they are using this week!) My vehicle made it as far as Gila Bend, AZ before a tire blew on their trailer, sparking the gas can that should not have been where it was, and set my vehicle on fire...totaling it. My husband, a former truck driver, spoke with the driver who said "The same thing happened last month in Alabama, but no vehicles got burned".
My insurance company handled this claim exceptionally well, but my attempts to hear back from B & K regarding reimbursing my deductible have gotten no where. The broker did refund my deposit, which is almost unheard of these days. I feel they need to do further research on their chosen haulers, but that's a personal opinion. I have been transporting vehicles for over 30 years and never had even a scratch before this. Think I will stick with DAS from this point on.

This customer states she has no complaints against us and we did refund her broker fee. Why we got only 2 stars is hard to understand. We have far less damage claims than DAS.
