My car was delivered safely today. The driver was very nice and helpful. My overall experience with AAAdvantage was good, however, it started out on a very rocky note. Ryan told me my car would leave in 3-4 business days after it was made available. My car was available as of July 20 and did not leave California until August 7 or 8. This was quite distressing for me, but Alicia in Customer Service was so wonderful, she really helped to get me through this in a peaceful manner. Thank you, Alicia! Thankfully, it all worked out in the end. I truly appreciate Alicia's kindness and willingness to keep in contact with me frequently with updates and reassurance that the car would get delivered as promised.
