I was really pleased with the service A-1 Courtesy provided. I had originally gone with Creative Auto which I found had poor customer service and were not upfront about the shipping process. After 3 weeks of dealing with Creative, they were unable to arrange for a driver, and I decided to seek out another company.Talking to other brokers left me feeling as if they were mostly pretty fly-by-night operations, but Karen @ A-1 understood my concerns, offered me a very fair price(slightly less than Creative), and worked her magic to find a driver. I wish I would have gone with them originally and not wasted my time with the other company. I would definitely recommend them to others and would use them again, if need be. Thanks!!
