This is the first time I ever used this type of service. I have to say that I am really impress with the experience. The driver was nice and friendly. I was very comfortable with him taking my vehicle. Once the contact was signed, I can tell that the company was working to help me. I was able to send my vehicle ahead of my schedule time at no extra cost. I did have a problem with contacting the dispatcher but the Rep. Oscar returned each of my calls within 5 minutes. Oscar was there to answer all my questions. I will be using this company again.
