First of all, the price was lower than all the other transporters that I talked to.
I checked the web site and seem to reputable. The person I talked to at 7 star seem courteous and polite (Andrew).
To me, that's a big plus because a person's attitude says a lot about a person.
I hate dealing with a smart ass. Every time I talked to Andrew, he was always polite and courteous. And that believe me is what sold me. I mean, their were about 10 other transport companies trying to get the business.
As far as the driver (Fred)goes, you couldn't ask for a better gentleman. He apologized for keeping me waiting( I didn't mind). He took great care loading and unloading my car. With that said, I'am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend 7 star transport to others.
Thank you very much for transporting my vehicle safely.
