This was my 2nd time shipping my car, and though my 1st experience (with a different company) was not a bad one, my experience with 7 Star Auto Transport was exceptional. The dispatcher was very upfront about the price, the timing and the expectations. I was given the cell phone number of the driver and he was very timely and communicated with me and told me exactly when he would arrive. The driver arrived earlier than normal and my car was in great condition (after my carwash :) Last, but not least, my price was the best quote that I received from a reputable auto transport. Other quotes were consistently $75-$100 higher than 7 Star for my Mercedes.
