the delays were understandable;at the first pick up location the prior owner was not available most of the time.So I had the vehicle moved to a better location, but the delays had changed the marketing price of supply and demand;such that the price went up and i was not willing at first to increase the cost;as i was considering going after the vehicle myself. I decided not to do that and we arranged to have it picked up. frank was very helpful and understanding thru this process. He also kept me informed along the way
