Werner O. was a great Customer Service Representative. I had heard many horror stories and was very nervous about shipping my vehicle from Seattle to the Phoenix area. He made me feel comfortable by explaining the procedure and followed up with me throughout the entire process. Although the driver was late, Werner O. and team kept me abreast of what was going on. I was glad to see that the same person who picked up my vehicle was the same one who delivered it. I trust him and will recommend him and the company to my friends and I will give him a "shout out" my radio show, "LIVING IT UP AFTER 50".
