Notice every single post here is POSITIVE? There has to be at least couple people who had negative experiences, so why not show them? Perhaps the company has an excellent reputation, but I had a horrific experience that continues to cause me daily headaches. First, the promised 7-10 days passed by with zero communication from the company to explain where my car was. They could not reach the driver, whose voicemail was full and was not answering the phone. I thought they stole my car! But eventually the driver called and said he lost the truck keys. Days later, the truth came out that HE LOST MY CAR KEY, but instead of telling me (I could have Fed-ex'd a spare key) he spent 2 solid days at my car dealership in another state, where he had to have a new key made. When my car finally arrived, after several promises that never happened, it had been in a collision, had been driven, the inside was coated in dust, the chairs, radio & a/c were all adjusted so that both seats had been occupied by someone other than me. Then they sent instructions for the insurance claim a week later, which are impossible to follow - how is the driver supposed to sign the list of damages when he left a week ago? My car is a wreck. I spent 7 days sitting home waiting for a car that never came as promised. I spent all day today driving in the heat to obtain THREE required estimates. Is this excellent service? I have the e-mail from them saying they're sending a refund, which has not arrived. I doubt it will. Be careful, because anything that sounds too good to be true ALWAYS is.

CUSTOMER is BLAMING us incorrectly. The carrier/driver Abdul who moved the auto do not work for us. However we assist you to resolve any issues. As informed and on our contract, the Carrier is responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle from the moment of Pickup until its delivery by making an inspection on both locations and signing for it. Claims are insured by the carrier and inspection sheet is required. We are helping customer, but Carrier is the blame. Review undeserved.
