5 Star did a wonderful job from start to finish and exceeded my expectations. Pick-up was a couple days later than expected, but I knew it was an estimate anyway. The car was delivered in only 3 days; well ahead of schedule. The driver (Ron with R&R I think?) was friendly and accomodating. This is definitely a business that gets a bad rap, so kudos to 5 Star!
