I hired 5-Star auto transport to take 2 cars from Myrtle beach, SC to Cape Cod, MA. I gave a deposit and booked 3 weeks in advance. 5 star had a pick up window from March 9-12 2007. I was leaving Myrtle Beach on the 13th. All days came and went and I finally recieved a call from 5 Staron the afternnon of the 12th stating the driver was running 2 days late. No one ever called me back or contacted me and the I found out a driver was not even assigned to pick up my cars. Thank god for the other company I founf. 5 Star really left me in a jam and I would not advise anyone to use them ever. All they did was lie and manipulate the whole situation and left a very bad taste in my mouth.
