Dottie was excellent in communicating with me and my daughter, who was leaving the country and shipping her car to me. Dottie contacted me multiple times and made sure the driver was there before my daughter left. The driver came on the day he said he would but never called to say that he would not arrive in the time frame he suggested. He ultimately came at night when it wa dark so the car could not be inspected for damage. All that was not Dottie's fault. I will use her company again when the car goes back to California.
