I decided to call 1st Call Auto Haul after reading all the nice reviews about them on this website. Their price was higher than other quotes by about $200, but I went for it. As it turned out the reviews were quite accurate, and I am happy with my experience.

The driver called me 2 days in advance, and then again the night before the pick up. When loading our SUV he took great care and it was reassuring to see that other vehicles on his trailer were reasonably expensive late models. The driver called me a day before arriving to WA, which happened to be 3 days before I was scheduled to arrive. For a brief time it appeared problematic, but Eric quickly found a secure location in WA which accepted the vehicle and stored it until I arrived. The SUV was dirty on the outside, but otherwise in the same condition as before.

Overall, I was impressed with the service, including how promprtly my calls were answered and returned by Eric and the driver. And I was pleased with how quickly the situation with the early arrival got resolved and the patience that Eric and the driver have shown while looking for a solution.
