I had an overall neutral experience with 1Flat Rate. (pickup was 2 days late and once it arrived it was dirty) The car did not have any outside damage and the interior was in the same condition as it was when picked up (perfect).
Customer service responded to all of my calls during the days leading up to pickup as well as during transport. If you need your car in a hurry, I would recommend the expedited service. Like mentioned above, neutral experience due to the late pickup/arrival and dirty exterior.
