Nobody was ever flat out rude but everyone was far from helpful and they were dishonest to cover their own mistakes. My car was supposed to be picked up, they never called me to confirm or say the carrier had cancelled the day before. So I called them the day of pick up, and they said the dealership had told them the car wasnt ready and that's why the carrier backed out. I spoke with the dealership the previous day, they had given the green light to the contact at 1flatrate and didn't understand why the car was never picked up. Several calls/messages were never returned and when I finally reached somebody the effort was there for being helpful but ultimately nothing was ever resolved and the whole thing was a big headache I wish I never had to encounter. I ended up paying more thru another company just so I didn't have to deal with "carriers falling thru" and more time wasted without my brand new car.
