Terrible and misleading service

We booked to have 2 cars shipped after reading great reviews from Transport Reviews but we were very disappointed with how we were treated after the booking was reserved and how our move was handled. We liked the fact that the rate, once quoted, would not change later as most other companies can subjected the quoted rate to change closer to the move. Tara was friendly and easy to deal with initially and I felt confident with her since she is one of the owner's daughters. We were flying out of Boston on June 22nd and needed both cars to be picked up before then so we were told at the time of booking that there is a 2-3 day window when pick-up occurs so if we want the cars picked up by the 21st before we leave town then have it available by the 19th. Fine so our initial available pick-up date was June 19th on contract. I called on June 17th to see when I would hear with a pick-up date and time was told it was too early and that the company does not match the driver to the order until the day before. I called back on June 19th (the first available pick-up date) and was told they are working on it and I should hear by tomorrow. I called back again on June 20th and was told that I would hear later today and I confirmed with customer service again that our cars need to be picked up by the 21st since we are flying out the morning of the 22nd. Later that day on the 20th, I received a new contract via email for my signature and when I called to inquire about this, I was told that it was because they had to update my destination address and I also noticed that my first available pick-up date now got changed to June 20th instead of June 19th. Then much later that afternoon, I received via email my driver assignment for a pick-up of June 25th! When I called back customer service was incredibly rude and informed me that the fine print in my contract states that they actually have 10 days to assign me and the 2-3 days is just a "courtesy". I read the contract again and it actually says "Reservations are fully refundable at any time if we do not perform our services after 10 business days." Clearly they are not going to deliver my car within 10 business days from the first available date so this is a misinterpretation with incorrect wording on their contract. In addition, the deposit required is different on contract versus what is on the assigned email, difference of $100! I spoke to the driver directly and he could not pick up our cars any earlier than June 25th as it is now the evening of June 20th so we flew out of Boston on June 22nd and street parked our cars and luckily, our neighbor was able to hold on to the keys for us when we left. Unfortunately, the driver was late in picking up our cars which is a huge inconvenience to our neighbor. Overall we felt misguided and while the company was friendly to deal with initially, they suddenly became rude and MIA when there is a problem. I left Tara a message and emailed her my complaint with how things were handled and received no feedback, no response, no explanation. I would not recommend this company. Moving is stressful as it is and having to leave your cars unattended for 3-4 days is nerve wracking. Our cousin used this same company back in Feb and warned us but we thought maybe it was just an isolated incident since there were many good reviews here. Wrong! Again, we would now recommend.
