Ken called me up several times after i put my request for transport on the net. He was so good in persuading me and i finally signed up and paid $150 in advance for the deposit. I was told i have a window for pick-up till today but he was able to convince me that they will try to get a truck that very same day when i signed up.
No follow up calls or emails until this day. I called their dispatcher twice now and i was told that they have no truck yet. The dispatchers that i spoke seems to be upset when asked questions.
I wil update this review tomorrow. I am not happy with their service.
