All Lies to Get Your Business

1 Shot does not do what it claims other than submitting your deposit to the credit card company immediately upon placing the order. I was promised a late Fri. or early Sat. pickup by some 'identified trucker.' The alleged trucker was in California and was going to take the job later Thur. 1 Shot told me they would provide the trucker's contact info once he picked up the assignment. I've since learned talking to many other reputable companies that this is a common sales tactic to get your money. I strongly believe there was never a driver identified but was bluffed into placing an order. Dave, at 1 Shot, promised he would call early Fri. morning with the trucker's info. At no time did anyone at 1 Shot notify me that the supposed driver failed to take the job. No time did 1 Shot demonstrate it was on top of the problem and was servicing me by showing attempts to get an alternate. I called 1 Shot repeatedly throughout the day to find out the status and emailed the same request. I had to leave voice mail messages because no one answered after recognizing my number. No return calls and no emails. At one point, I used another phone and, surprise, Randi (original sales rep) answered. She said she had no knowledge about the status because it was Dave's contact. She then said Dave must be on a break because he wasn't there. Again, no return calls from Dave. After sending an email today threatening a complaint to the FL attorney general, Dave contacted me to say my deposit would be refunded. He said he was busy on Fri. and couldn't find the time to return my numerous calls or emails and that he was allowed to have a lunch break (at 2:30 in the afternoon?). Apparently he was too busy to pass the status info on to Randi so that this customer might believe he was getting his money's worth. 1 Shot is only interested in taking your money for a deposit and could care less about delivering on promised service prior to the sale.

Do yourself a favor and check companies thoroughly - you get what you pay for. I don't believe the positive comments posted for this company. Not that many people will take time to compose positive comments for a company doing what it claims it will do.

Your agreement expired on Saturday as per your request. This is what we get for trying to help you in short notice. But you learn something new everyday. No one was hiding from you, your constant calls were answered, not all 75 but some. We have policies not many companies have in this industry and the main policy is we will refund you if we do not move your vehicle. We made that clear in the front page of your agreement, Do you think we are going to hide from a signed contract. To the last part of your post I responded in an e-mail please, stop assuming. Call the customer with the good reviews and ask them that is what the site is for but you did not even try, you just want to voice your opinion. We have all those records at the readers disposal including yours if someone wants to find the truth.
