2nd time had to use them. First time was to ship a motorcycle from NY to GA. Could not believe how it was stacked in trailer like a piece of junk and no communication with driver till he was in my driveway. 2nd was when a buyer used them to ship a bike from me to NC. They wanted to pick up same day which was a Sunday holiday weekend and then we agreed noon on Tuesday. That would be to easy. Got a call from drivers wife they would not be here till 6:30pm we told them would be back around 9-10pm. Instead of coming in the morning when it was light out and could see how they were getting the bike into a little open uhaul trailer, they carelessly loaded it. Glad we took a video of bike in perfect condition because that’s not how the buyer is getting it. Never use them!!!
