UShip has no regard for customer satisfaction

My shipment was picked up on a Monday with 3 day transit. It took 7 days. I called Uship to find out about the delay. I just wanted them to call the carrier and complain and ask for liftgate assistance since my forklift is gone now. They would not even call them. Not even a let me try just sorry, we only estimate, and we see it is a "little" late. No it is over double the original time. Never again will I trust Uship.
