poor communication

Very disappointed with the communication that we received when transporting our car through eship. Our contact never followed up with us once we made arrangements to have our car transported. We always had to contact them for any updates. Eventually ended up just calling the trucking company ourselves. Once we signed the documents to have the car transported, the price changed on us and we were charged an additional $300 from the original quoted price. We were told the car would be there on a certain date, but this didn't happen, the car wasn't picked up until the date it was supposed to be delivered. On the website it states that we can track the car, but this is not true. We had to contact the trucking company ourselves to find out about how we were to pay them and what the total would be. When the car didn't arrive as promised, we needed to contact the trucking company ourselves to find out what the status was. After much stress and following up on our end, the car finally arrived 1 week later than promised. Very disappointing.
