I will recommend eship in the future. I was very satisfied with their customer service. I called several companies and had various quotes. Mark explained in detail how the brokerage process worked and was very helpful. He listened to exactly what I hoped to get accomplished, before he made any recommendations. He was not pushy, or overbearing but followed up exactly when he said he would. Some of the companies I called borderline harassed me via texts for days after a first call.

Eship followed my car at every step, gave me a way to reach the driver directly and charged me the exact price quoted. Mark made it all seem very easy and was fair - not the cheapest price, but I had my car picked up within 3 hours of calling him! Everyone else wanted to charge a premium if they found someone that soon or were just too high maintenance.
