Ruined my Classic Car!!!

I hired Zen Auto Transport to move a classic collector car from Arizona to New Jersey. When the car arrived it had a long scratch etched into the windshield glass and the windshield wiper blade was not sitting correctly on the glass. Obviously the driver used the wipers as it was raining at the time of delivery and scratched the windshield as a result. The driver showed me two marks that were in the windshield which were noted on the pre-delivery inspection report. He also acknowleged that the scratch was not marked on this report. We then called the office and spoke with Sasha who stated that it is no problem, just pay the driver in cash and send me a picture of the damage and we will immediately file a claim with our insurance carrier. I then took a picture of the damage and after receiving it, Sasha quickly stated that the damage was pre-existing. I then sent another picture of the pre-existing damage and her response was that this scratch is not from a rock chip so it is not covered and she will not file the claim. So to sum up what happened, Zen Auto Transport picked up my car, put a huge gauge in the original windshield glass of my 30 year old classic car, lied to me that they would file an insurance claim for the damaghe, and made sure I paid them in cash before denying my claim and refusing to at least file the claim. I simply want Sasha to file the claim and let the insurance company make the correct determination. Otherwise they can pay out of pocket the cost to repair or replace the windshield.
