No idea what to expect because I never transported the car. Heard of lots of scammers and brokers who discredit this industry. I bypassed the broker and contacted Mario, owner operator. He gave me a great price. So good I was skeptical. He answered my questions even though I knew he was extremely busy, plus driving across country with other customers. He had one of his other trucks and drivers pick up and deliver which he made quite clear. (Alek) A dual team of drivers, which made delivery fast and they communicated throughout the trip and responded to me when I had questions. It was perfect and I could not ask for a better experience. Their delivery time was almost spot-on within a few hours. Price was exactly as quoted. No surprises. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend them. Thank you for tremendous customer service...!!!
