Yellow Brick Transport has quality customer service, i particularly want to highlight Gary Patel's work ethic and positive attitude. They offered me the lowest rate out of a dozen other brokers to ship my car from Maryland to California. Because I did not have a set deadline for the car to arrive, Gary was more than willing to look for other lower offers for me, which I greatly appreciated this extra gesture. He communicated clearly the next steps and what we would need to do to have a smooth transaction. We had an issue with the car being delivered and arriving with a damaged windshield. The transport company was being difficult and refusing to cover the damage. Gary spent a month and a half working with the carrier to reach a fair solution. Gary was picking up our phone calls well past office hours, calling the transport company every day, and overall doing the most to help us. I didn't have to contact the carrier myself because Gary did all of the work, which was helpful because I was busy moving and taking care of other matters. I greatly appreciate Gary's efforts and would be more than happy to work with him again to ship my car because I know he will take care of us from beginning to end. I consider Yellow Brick Transport to be a reputable and honest company.
