Terrible experience with this company. I needed two cars from Albuquerque to Tennessee. One operational and one not. After nearly a month they got a driver for the operational car. The driver was unable to contact my friend and after 2 hours said he would only wait 30 more minutes. It was only then that I was notified there was a driver waiting. I called my friends wife and she contacted him at work. He was at the house and available 15 minutes later. He called the driver and was told the car was not going to be picked up because the "dispatcher made a mistake ". I was not only charged a dry run fee but was also charged the entire $300 broker fee that was supposed to cover both cars. I didn't dispute it at the time because I trusted the company would successfully transport both cars. The operational car was transported about 3 weeks later. After waiting 3 months for the non operational car I finally cancelled and drove to Albuquerque myself. Worldwide refused to give me half of the broker fee back. These people are crooks and exemplify the reason caution should be used when giving a credit card to someone you don't know. If you are considering auto transport save yourself time and money and avoid these thieves.
