Dorel is the best car transport guy ever. He is a hardworker and is willing to accomodate your needs. I needed someone to get me my SUV to Arizona asap and I was initially told by the broker company that it would take about 14 days and that they would need 2-3 days to get in touch with a carrier. Dorel however far exceeded my expectations. An hour after that call, I was surprised when the broker told me that a transporter had called and said he could get my car shipped asap. I was very happy to hear this as I didn't want to delay my flight. He said he could get my car in 2 days, but he was able to work around my work schedule and come pick up my car on Thursday night.
He was very professional and on-time. He packed my car, and made sure to take very good care of it. He went the extra mile as well by always making sure to return my calls within an hour or sometimes he'd pick up immediately- also, he sent me timely updates on my car so that I could be at ease. Afterwards, he arrived 2 days earlier than the original estimated time. I was very pleased about that because it meant that I could return my rental car. The car was win wonderful condition when it arrived. Dorel was very friendly and again arrived on time. He even helped me find the assigned parking spot for my car and helped me to park it
