These fuckers took my car to the auto recovery storage because I was not in the house when they called to deliver the car. There is this old lady who spoke very rudely to me. All their customer service agents are super rude and they have zero empathy with their customers. Please, please, please stay away from these guys. My car was very filthy when I got it. Their business needs to be closed. I talked to a friend about them and he was a victim of these folks. I promise you that your experience with these guys will be horrible if you choose these guys. Most of their customer service guys are Indians and they don't even like Americans so you be the judge. Their English is broken and you can't even under a word from them. This business needs to be investigated and closed down immediately.
