I had a pick up date to transport my bass boat either in or on a truck, not towed. The pick up date came and went. No transporter. I tried to get something definite from Wayne, but that never happened. The guy who bought my boat also called and got the run-around. I tried one last time before trying to find another transporter and could not get through to Wayne, so I cancelled the pick up and asked that my credit card be refunded. The charges are still on my card, but they are in dispute.NEVER AGAIN will I try to use this company. Nor will I advise anyone else to use them.
