Contacted Webster long before my "need" date. Contacted them several times in between. Several days before our fly out date (military move date) I attempted to email and call the company who would no longer return any type of correspondence. Asked the company to cancel my order; no reply.
Company policy on website states that a customer's deposit ($150) would be refunded if the vehicle was not picked up within ten days. Today is day 29, still no refund. Cars were never picked up. Have not heard from them once since five days before pickup was required.
