Booked shipping on the 9th. First available was 21st to 10 business days. which due to holiday ended up being the following month on the 4th. Company was contacted on the 21st and their policy of 10 business days was explained. Called on the 5th and I was given options - one of which was a refund. I took the refund. I am rating this company as a lower average due to the ability to get a refund. If not, they would of been poor.
